Expertise:  Technical  conduct of general toxicology studies. Technical training and  coordination of biocompatibility testing for material qualification and  regulatory submissions.  Monitoring of studies placed at contract labs  to support biological testing.

Experience:   Managed the Material Testing/Toxicology departments at Baxter for over  30 years. Coordinated the biological safety test program for medical  devices and drug product components (recommending test requirements in  support of new product and material qualification for  regulatory submissions). Extensive experience training technical staff  for small and large animal studies focusing on routes of administration  and sample preparation.
